D'italiane @SunwayGizaMall — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Had dinner the night before and totally bad experience. Whatever we ordered is not available. 4 order, one of it is forgotten, by the time we reminded them it doesnt have much time left for us to eat before they start cleaning up and close! the whole waiting and eating time ended 2 whole hours and we didnt get to visit other shops in Giza mall as they all closes at 10pm. We were the only family left eating there, while watching them sweep the floor and clearing up. What a sight. Food portion for ravioli is so small. Price menu marked up, totally ripped off. They did gave us one free dessert as an appology but it is serve during our last meal, before their closing time. We feel rush to finish it plus we could see the ice cream start melting on that dessert. HOORAY!! AND BRAVO to those DItaliane staff.

Btw, we were regular both to giza and paradigm! We wont go anymore as they are indeed plenty of other italian restaurants with similar price BUT MANAGE BY...

Have been dining at this place for years. Was ordering dinner with my family this evening. As we were ordering we noticed that the waiter isn’t writing down our orders so I asked him if he can remember everything. He told us confidently that he can. Well, it turns out he can’t as he missed out on my mum’s order. That isn’t the worst thing. After acknowledging our missed order, they said they will make it immediately. So we waited patiently for 15 mins. After the 15 mins we asked about our order again to another waiter, he then told us that the food will be ready in 5 mins. After 5 mins I asked him again, he rudely told me off that I can either wait, or cancel the order because they are very busy. Never in my wildest dream that I could imagine a waiter telling me this kinda stuff. Their food is good, but the service of this new batch of waiters gets a solid...

The food here is adequate for what you would expect for Italian fare but the service is impeccable and the atmosphere is great. We celebrated my brother's 30th birthday in the private room that can comfortably seat about 16 pax and it was a perfect celebration. The waitstaff were attentive, quick, professional and attuned to our every need. Special shoutout to Darwin for being so helpful to us, thank you.

Food-wise, you can't go wrong with the spinach riccota ravioli and the charcoal sourdough pizza. The salmon risotto was also quite interesting. They are also willing to make amendments to the menu, e.g. make a salad vegetarian if you require. We also liked the bruschetta and the mozzarella carozza as starters.
