Don’t come here unless you want to be treated badly by ladyboss. I came here several times already in the absence of ladyboss. Today, the ladyboss was serving, she was rude and ill-mannered at her finest state. Let me eleaborate:

We submitted the order and decided to keep the menu to look over the options further. She then came to our table twice and looked at us as if we were sinful for wanting to order more. When asked what was wrong, she replied angrily, "Give me back the menu!"

They only have one menu copy.

When we paid, she purposefully treated us rudely. She insisted on only accepting paywave, saying "paywave paywave paywave" three times. Apparently, this shop does not want customers to use pins securely. She pointed to the printer and said, "Take it yourself!" when asked for a receipt.

By being a loyal paid customer, we've made ourselves an enemy to her. She screamed and laughed with the staff and said, "your order doesn't need chilli, don't you know?!" She enjoys having complete control over what you eat, and chilli costs her a fortune.

The food is unappealing, and it does not excuse her attitude.

TLDR; as a loyal paid customer, we were laughed at, scolded, and disrespected by this ladyboss and the rest of the staff. Customers are enemies to her, and it is strongly discouraged unless you allow her to vent her anger on you and you...

Best Customer Service ever! Double thumbs up!

Ordered from Grab but got cancelled by Grab after 40 minutes without upfront informing. Kam Lun Tai called me and inform me that the food has been ready for 30 minutes but grab couldn’t find any driver and out of sudden, it got cancelled without informing the restaurant and customer. Kam Lun Tai took the initiative to send the food to my place by their own chef. The lady in charged constantly following up with me on the delivery status making sure that food are delivered to me. She even apologised which is not even their fault.

I am very impressed with their professionalism and food is very yummy too! The size of dimsum is bigger than usual size from other dimsum restaurant for example Jin Xxxx and it’s very fresh and dedicate. Highly...

Full stars not because of the food. The cuisine was standard Dimsum, but the porridge, 叉烧包 and 虾饺 was good, deserve three points for that.

Enhance your service and retrain your employees. I understand if they are short-staffed, but they don’t even serve the basics.

The best service is provided by a Chinese uncle. Yes, only him. I don't know his name, but he was literally doing everything, promoting, serving, cleaning, and being extremely attentive in compared to all the other staffs who gave me the "I'm not welcome" vibe in the morning. 5stars because of him, appreciate staff like him, he deserves a raise.

One suggestion, install a hot water dispenser outdoors so that your customers don't have to wait forever for a refill while your meal is taking a long time to prepare...
