DubuYo Prime @ IOI Mall Damansara — Restaurant in Petaling Jaya

Yesterday I also went through the same bad experience, the female waitress ( the one who wears glasses) behaved rudely towards me. The moment when she was about to take my order, she raised her voice and shouted as if I was deaf and stupid. I was surprised from the way she acted and I chose to ignore her instead. And then, when she passed by my dining table, I was wondered and proceed to ask her if I could made payment with cash or not? and she nodded. After that, when I was about to made the payment, I take out a certain amount of money, and she rolled her eyes and said with a very disheartening tone " Do you even have small notes? if you don't then just use a credit card". As a customer, I am really ashamed on her actions from the way she reacted. This will be my first and last experience to enjoy the service from this restaurant and I do hope the outlet supervisor can terminate her...

I been going to dubuyo for couple of years. Yesterday had bad experience at dubuyo Tropicana garden mall where chicken dishes finished. I ordered soondubu Jigae seafood take away. Initially the waiter didn't come to take order. When said take away, they ask to proceed to counter. Rice did not cooked properly. The soup just tasted like chili flakes in warm water, no egg yolk in the soup and as if the just poured left over eggs. I didn't know til now they would put potato bits or some sort of items which I can't identify what in the soup. 2 of the sides are same and one kimchi. All just added with the Korean chili flakes. Expect to get proper service for the money...

the beef dishes we had were so fatty and full of tendons, i genuinely thought i was eating someone's newly-discarded placenta. the sauces that came with their gimbap and pancake were literal vinegar (and not the good kind). to top it all off, the service was truly awful; i hope this company offers health insurance for their staff because i highly recommend that they get an ear check-up, as they repeatedly kept getting our orders wrong. i am a peaceful and tolerant person, but dining at this particular Dubuyo outlet made me question all my morals. -2/10, would not recommend, i've only given this 1 star because i cannot...
