Was a loyal customer at one point but stopped going because of the service here. Nothing new from all the other bad reviews here. Went on a weekend dinner not long ago with only 2 waiters around at that time. The only thing that ticked me off was that the guy waiter at this place keyed in the wrong order for us. Even after repeating our order, he still managed to not only key in 1 wrong order but 3 orders. We ordered clear Tom yam soup and when it came, it was red Tom yam soup. I demanded them to change it to clear cause that was what I ordered but they declined it. They said they made the red soup already and that we can't change it and they will still charge us even if we told them to take it back. I gave the guy the benefit of the doubt that maybe he actually misheard us and just stick to the red Tom yam soup.
Soon after that my friend's individual dish came which was the exact same order as mine. (Pad Kra Pao, individual dish). I waited 10 minutes and mine didn't come. I asked another waiter on this and she said it can't be because all our orders are out. Meaning the guy waiter didn't key in my order.
Not only that, he didn't even key in all our drinks! He only key in 2/3 of the drinks we ordered. At this point I just liaised with the waitress and she was also frustrated that her colleague had almost the entire order wrong. Didn't seem like this was something new to her cause she started lecturing the guy waiter.
This was honestly the worse customer experience I have experienced in a F&B outlet. At this point I was just so frustrated that the guy waiter repeated our order correctly but could get the whole order wrong.
I don't hate the food here. If anything I feel like the food is pretty good for the price. It's just that the service here is terrible. Would advise others to not diner in or order from the waitress only to avoid any...
Read morePrompt and friendly service from every staff! Good portion for price. Food is very tasty and flavourful. Also very good when ordered through GrabFood. Actual restaurant is very simple and nice place to meet up for a conversation.
My most ordered restaurant on Grab. Love the pad prik gaeng (stir fried red chilli paste chicken), the pad kra pao, and of course the red tom yam. A good tom yam = good tom yam fried rice!! My favourite Thai place now.
After a month of ordering via Grab, finally went to visit with a friend and tried the gaeng kiao wan (green curry chicken) and milk tea too. My friend’s milk tea was nice but mine was a little too sweet, but it’s a small matter. Green curry chicken was a bit mild in flavour for me but still nice. You can always inform staff if you want your order spicier or less spicy.
They are good at customising intensity, even when you order through Grab. Exactly how I want it. Warning; if you say extra spicy, they REALLY mean EXTRA spicy hahaha.
Love this place because at most Thai places I know, the food taste caters to people who cannot handle how intense Thai food should be. There is room for improvement, but this place does a laudable attempt at making...
Read moreCame here for lunch and stumbled upon this gem while searching around Kota Damansara. It’s a cozy spot, and to my surprise, the prices are very reasonable.
There were six of us, so we decided to give it a try. We ordered a mix of dishes, Phad Thai, pineapple fried rice, spicy minced pork rice, kangkung belacan, pandan chicken, and mango salad. The food was good, no complaints! Just a tip, if you can’t handle too much spice, make sure to request a milder version.
One thing they could improve is the menu and ordering process. The web menu and physical menu were a bit confusing, and it took us some time to find what we wanted before placing our order. Other than that, it was a...
