I tried the Talam Bujang for RM24.90, which came with fried kembung, tempeh, tauhu, brinjal, salted egg, and limited vegetables (cucumber n tomato). The batter on the fried items was crispy, but it was a bit thick, which made the proteins jelak. I personally think the kembung would be better if cooked in a singgang style or with a thinner batter. I also wish that they add more ulaman in the Bujang Talam. Iād definitely come back to try more items on the menu.
