I absolutely loved the sambal selections here, especially the Udang Sambal Petai – highly recommended! I tried the Talam Bujang for RM24.90, which came with fried kembung, tempeh, tauhu, brinjal, salted egg, and limited vegetables (cucumber n tomato). The batter on the fried items was crispy, but it was a bit thick, which made the proteins jelak. I personally think the kembung would be better if cooked in a singgang style or with a thinner batter. I also wish that they add more ulaman in the Bujang Talam. I’d definitely come back to try more items on the menu. Likes: Homemade food especially Tomyam, village-style gourmet, their signature dish "Masak Lemak Cili Api" (Spicy Coconut Tumeric Gravy), grilled fish and gravy ocean food (Shell Out), abundance of beverages option and tidbits.

Dislikes: Service is late - for waiters to physically hand-in the booklet menu. Apparently after numerous visits, they are still manage to get my order wrong.

Suggestions: Kindly repeat your order to the waiter so you don't end up like a supervillain.

I have visited here for few times with my family and frens. Nice and simple food. But Sorry to say that i am very dissappointed with staffs behaviour seems racist regular when we visit there. They clearly will look at us when we arrive and take a sit there. No one will come and take order. Even if we call also they will pretend like x hear. I thought its only happen to me but happen for other indian customers too. I have told abt it to the staff also many times too. They are just like dont care.
