I only had ONE scoop of ice cream and I'm already in love! The caramel cookie flavour was perfect. I've tasted other artisanal ice cream parlours that carry this flavour, and Piccoli Lotti has the best so far. I would say their range of ice creams has a more muted sweetness, with flavours like chrysanthemum with cocoa nibs. Then there's the local pulut tai tai flavour which is legit; it tastes exactly like the kuih! Piccoli Lotti also has heavier desserts, like waffles and, if I'm not mistaken, ice cream sandwiches. I only disliked two things really; 1) the place is really small so seating is limited and when it's at full capacity, it gets too loud. 2) I prefer crunchier waffle cones, so theirs wasn't too good for me. Fast service and friendly staffs. The interior looks simple and modern, it is a really cozy spot to spend time chatting with your friends/family on a hot afternoon. It fills up very quickly especially after lunchtime or dinnertime. If you are new here, you can try flavors that you are interested in before purchasing.
