McDonald's — Restaurant in Sabah

I just order a simple cheeseburger with cola. But somehow my order didn't came up for almost 30 minutes and yes i did ask someone about my order but yet the person said my order still on waiting list. The thing that triggered me is that there is a man I'm not sure his the supervisor or what ask me about my order and again i said my order have not arrived yet then i gave the receipt of my order. Then the man ask why i didn't ask anyone and i said i already did ask someone and then he was like blaming as if it was my fault for not asking anyone about the because he said like patutnya kmu tanya la mana kamu punya order dengan mimik muka yang annoyed and one important thing that the man didn't even apologize to me. McDonald's api api teach your workers to be polite towards the customer and next time ambil la pekerja yang ada adab dan pandai hormat customer. I'm not saying customers is always right but yet is not really heavy to say sorry and i even said thank you to the man even though i was disappointed with...

One of the useless Macdonalds restaurant which the staff can't speak English, very rude ,in hub tourist centres, which the owner only know how to earn money ,without think other people, selfish owner ,what kind of system need to update ,people are hungry ,they turn of the customer more then 15 customer, in front my eyes these the way international macdonalds teach malaysian associates, so please ,The person in charge noorashikin ,veery rude ,please fix these problems

After I complained and they said take 15 minutes to system update, unfortunately with 5 minutes, they back to operation,I advised please some one who has responsibility to take care these place ,and monitor them ,which they soooooo rude ,I beg Malaysian hospitality to improve ,Come on McDonald's don't be toooo arrogant, we as a Malaysian, wanna eat hungry oooooo,but the staff treat customer like a dog,which customer are paying ,please bare in mind ,Mr Mcdonald, which I'm going cc these comments to ,Consumer Department, to save our...

Tonight i bought apple pie, ice cream and coke..and then they serving me a flat coke totally no gas at all...i told the crew that the coke was flat then the lady crew tell the backline crew to change the gas it took them 25mins but nothing happen but they kept serving the flat coke to the other customers even to a korean tourist, gosh what would the korean think about the McD coke hmmn...then i ask the server if i can change the coke to iced milo she said cannot...i waited that long atleast there is some consideration given...the worse part is the supervisor incharged knew what's happening but just ignored it...did'nt take any initiative to comfort me as customers...i really disappointed coz i thought McD api-api is well known with finest service..end up i just walk out without coke coz i can't wait for...
