You folks really need to learn how to make toast. It was terrible and certainly not a good experience. I had garlic toast bread, it was a mess.
First you need to understand that in Kuching we have high humidity. If you toast bread and leave it on the counter for a few minutes it becomes soft and looses it crisp crunch.
The fact that the bread is not toasted on both sides and the garlic margerine is too excessively spread, makes for a soggy sickly mushy mess. The flavour of the garlic is good, but putting too much spread on doesn't make it better. You could be saving on food cost by reducing the amount of spread. But learn how to make toast, both...
