The Worst Lunch Experience I Ever Had
We ordered a 10-person set meal worth RM1,688. The waiters mistakenly sent food meant for another table to us. Never mind that—we eventually got our actual set meal, but by then we were already full and requested for it to be packed for takeaway.
However, during that time, they again sent us the food meant for the table beside us.
When we got home, we realized that some of our food was missing from the takeaway—specifically the pork ribs, dessert, and prawn salad. We hadn’t even touched the pork ribs at the restaurant, and had clearly asked for them to be packed, but they didn’t give them to us in the end.
On top of that, the fish was not even properly steamed—we had to re-steam it again at home just to be able to eat it.

Read moreThis is the worst place to dine at Genting Highlands due to the following reasons:
World Class lousy service - nobody attend to customers and customers waited at least 30 mins to be attended and give a queue number.
There are empty tables around but customers are not seated.
Staffs are slow in service and are caught chit chatting instead of mending the front of the restaurant.
The price is definitely on a high side with lesser variety of food (unlike the past, it has more food options).
Will never go back to this place ever again, given that it had won a trophy 🏆 - - Genting f&b top lousiest service

Restaurant was renovated, staffs were professional as compared to past. Food were served at its best, but but but, when we asked for sambal chilli we were told was 12RM extra. Top tier restaurant charging for sambal chilli? SPEECHLESS, back of my mind, whoever run this restaurant clearly do not know how to manage their PnL.
Ordered a takeaway,
