MENU CHANGE!

I used to really enjoy coming to this barbeque spot — the food was tasty, the portions were fair, and the prices felt reasonable for what you got. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a bit disappointing.

The first thing I noticed was the new menu. Prices have gone up across the board, which I could understand if the quality or portions had improved, but they haven’t. The value just isn’t the same anymore.

What really bothered me, though, was that they removed one of my favorite items: the fried bacon. It was one of the standout sides that gave this place its unique charm, and I know I’m not the only one who came back specifically for it. Losing that option makes the menu feel less special.

The barbeque itself is still decent, but with higher prices and fewer choices, it’s hard to justify coming here as often as before. I really hope the owners reconsider the menu changes or at least bring back some of the old favorites, because this place used to be a solid go-to.

Arrived at restaurant and as usual need to wait to be seated. Problem is that the waiting time was kind of long which is weird because there were empty tables. I also think this place employs only 1 Malaysian citizen who takes care of cashier, welcoming customers, taking orders and all while 4-5 foreign employees who send food, clean tables, refill tea. Quite bad in terms of time management.

One of the plate got stain and I managed to get it replaced. Hot green tea served in gold water glass..not good.

Kitchen closes quite early and payment needed to be done by 9.30pm as the cashier closing at that time. Lucky we still get to finish our food. Total for 2 pax (pork set and add on) is around RM80.

The cashier was kind and greeted us well politely. Minus two stars due to long waiting time to get in, inefficiency, and cleanliness. Management kindly improve on how to increase...

Cabbage refillable but I can’t finish it, request to take away home but their staff didn’t allow us to take home. After back home from having dinner at this restaurant, I had sore throat as my throat is very sensitive and stomachaches if having unhygienic food. I wonder if they got wash again that cabbage as they first served it to us, it looks DRY and some spoilt black cabbage. Declined our request to takeaway the cabbage makes me wonder, what if they just REUSED the cabbage without WASHING it again, and with other customers use chopsticks to eat that cabbages with other people saliva?…….
