I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit on 17/12/2024. There were several issues that negatively impacted my dining experience, which I believe require your attention.
Firstly, when we were ready to place our order, we raised our hands multiple times, but no one attended to us. We had previously been rushed by the waitstaff to order quickly, as they mentioned the kitchen was closing soon. We placed an order worth 150 for two people, including dessert. The waiter asked if we wanted the dessert served with the main course or afterward. We clearly requested the dessert to be served after the main course. However, both the dessert and the main course arrived together, and strangely, the rice was missing. Were we supposed to eat tofu with dessert? This felt unprofessional and uncoordinated.
Additionally, when we tried to call for assistance, we were ignored. We later realized the staff were using earpieces, which may have contributed to their not hearing us. This added to our frustration. When we finally spoke to a staff member about our concerns, they suggested holding the dessert and serving it later. But this would have resulted in a diluted dessert, which seemed unappealing and poor in quality.
To make matters worse, the staff presented us with the bill while we were still eating. This was incredibly disruptive and ruined our entire dining experience. While I understand the restaurant may have been preparing to close, we are not the type of customers to leave without paying, nor did we intend to linger beyond the closing time. This early request for payment felt unnecessary and uncomfortable.

I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received at your IOI City Mall, Putrajaya outlet on Saturday, 1st March 2025, around 6:00 PM.
My family and I were willing to wait in the long queue, understanding that weekends are busy. However, after we were finally seated and placed our order with one of your staff members, we experienced an unacceptable level of service.
We patiently waited for our food, but as time passed, we noticed that customers who arrived after us were already being served their meals. Even basic items like water were not brought to our table. We continued waiting, only to see another newly arrived table receive their orders before us.
At this point, my mother lost patience, and we approached one of the staff members to inquire about our order. She asked which staff member took our order, and when we pointed him out, he simply brought a new blank order list and admitted that he had missing our order, offering only a soft-spoken apology.
We find this completely unacceptable. Not only did we waste a significant amount of time, but there was also no genuine attempt to rectify the situation properly. A simple apology does not compensate for the frustration and poor service we endured.
This experience has left us truly disappointed, and we feel that improvements in staff training and order management are necessary to prevent similar incidents in the future. We hope that you will take this matter seriously and address these service issues to ensure a better experience for your customers.

First, when I called to make a reservation, they refused to book a table for us, implying they didn’t trust that we could pay. This was insulting. However, when I arrived, I noticed that there are tables were already reserved, why the double standards?
Then, instead of seating us properly, they directed us to their sister’s restaurant that serves prawn soup, where the tables were too small for a proper Thai dining experience. The entire arrangement felt like an afterthought.
The service was abysmal. It took over an hour for our food to arrive, and during that time, no drinks or bowls were provided. To make things worse, some dishes were unavailable, but we were only informed after waiting! this should have been communicated earlier.
To top it all off, the manager on duty was completely useless. When I expressed my frustration about how poorly his team was handling things, he did nothing but smile and brush me off. No attempt to fix the situation, no accountability, just empty gestures. Honestly, he should find another job where smiling and giggling are the only skills required.
The only saving grace was the main server, who tried her best to assist us (apologies for raising my voice, but hunger and frustration got the best of me).
Overall, if you’re in a small group, this place might be fine, but if you’re coming with a large party, avoid it like the plague. The poor organization, slow service, and lack of leadership make it a place I wouldn’t return to.
