New Update: 7th Aug 2023,
In response to Nak Nak reply, i agree, and i am glad that someone has taken the time to review all of your reviews to understand the satisfaction and dissatisfaction of your customers.
Yes, it may be a bit harsh on the last update and visit to your establishment, bear in mind it was meant to get your attention but i have since remove disparaging remarks.
I will be visiting your establishment again sometime soon to review the complaint i have set forth before, on the unappetizing SMELL on the Ink of the wrapping papers, and do not misunderstand me for attacking your establishment, it is because i love the food here that i care to make these complaints.
Update on the wrapper July 2023: The ink smell of the food wrapper is unappetizing and.. Not my first time feedback this issue... .
First review June 2023: NakNak: A Fast Food Delight That Lives Up to Expectations
NakNak, a fast food stall hailing from Korea, has truly captured my taste buds with their amazing patties and well-executed burger portions. From start to finish, my experience at NakNak was a delightful one.
One of the standout features of NakNak is its efficient system. They have implemented state-of-the-art technology, including McLean, an automated hand wash system, and a water dispenser, eliminating the need for paper cups. This commitment to eco-friendliness is commendable and sets NakNak apart from other typical fast food chains.
Let's talk about the star of the show—the burgers. NakNak's patties are simply phenomenal. The quality and flavor are top-notch, ensuring a satisfying bite with each mouthful. Whether you prefer your burger well-done or have specific preferences, NakNak delivers a consistently excellent experience.
One aspect that sets NakNak apart from its competitors is the plethora of topping selections for their fries. From the classic brown sauce to the tantalizing beef bacon sauce, the options are diverse and cater to various taste preferences. This attention to detail showcases NakNak's dedication to providing a wide range of flavors for customers to enjoy.
In addition to the delectable food, NakNak offers a conducive atmosphere for dining. The ambiance is welcoming, making it an enjoyable place to relax and savor your meal. The seating arrangements are comfortable, allowing you to enjoy your food without feeling rushed or cramped.
Moreover, NakNak's service is fast, effective, and non-ponderous, defying the typical long queues often associated with fast food chains. The staff members are efficient, ensuring a swift and seamless ordering process. This efficiency enhances the overall dining experience, allowing you to satisfy your cravings quickly.
NakNak truly lives up to the expectations of fast food lovers. With its mouthwatering patties, well-executed burger portions, eco-friendly initiatives, diverse topping selections for fries, inviting atmosphere, and speedy service, NakNak has successfully carved a niche for itself in the fast food industry.
If you're looking for a fast food stall that goes above and beyond, NakNak should be at the top of your list. Prepare to indulge in a memorable dining experience that exceeds your wildest...
Read moreI forgot to review since this was my 2nd time here. One of the workers named Diana came to us asking for any comment and how the services includeing give a rating to NakNak. Finally, i have time to paragraph the comment.
I never heard about it. After doing our massage day at Traders Cheras, we plan to have dinner, i guess. The nearest would be IOI Putrajaya.
Food: Damn... that's so gooddddddd!! From the fries, seaweed rice, chicken, and burger!. Believe me, you won't find huge burgers at affordable prices. As i remember, the best burger was Carl's Jr. They had big bigger with bacon and mushroom on it. Unfortunately, it closed. It's so hard meh to find a good burger with big size like american style. But here, you won't expect what you expect once you receive it. I ordered a spicy chicken burger, not the one with kimchi soy, and beef fries on top, garlic honey chicken with seaweed rice. Yummy weh! Trust me.... i hope they will open the nearest KL. You need to travel through KL to putrajaya. Urgghh. The flavor kicked!
Beverage: You may either free flow drink or lemonade (not free flow). They offer free flow drinks, including all those soda brand (coke, sprite), and heaven and earth lemon tea for non soda type.
Overall satisfaction, excellent from the services until the food flavor and price. The price was affordable to compare Five Guy that literally you need to spend for like 30bucks, for one burger not including milkshake price. You can buy a set version or a carte. From my suggestion, you go for a burger or chicken set, including drinks (free flow/lemonade), and add one either burger/chicken as ala carte. Cheaper, and you receive a huge set like 2 persons able to eat.
FYI, they would open another branch but not in KL. It would be located at Puchong as per Dians's information. Apart from that, they may opem another branch again like literally in KL if they may find the best place to pin. Hopefully, they can open in the Golden Triangle area, with easy access to the public and no long drive. Set your time to try here. Sure, you guys,...
Read moreMy fav branch however I had an unpleasant experience here today. The restaurant was crowded, and when I asked the staff for a chair, they didn't reply and just made faces. The second incident occurred when a staff member 'chopped' a seat for her sister, brother-in-law, and a baby. They had already started eating, and the table was suitable for them—two adults and a baby in a stroller. However, the staff called her sister to move to a four-seater. When I asked about it, she said they had already 'chopped' the table, and I needed to find my own chair (which I was okay with). But when I tried to take a chair "meant for the staff", she stopped me and asked me to find another chair. She told me it's self-service and that I needed to understand the crowd. But what about her? As a staff member, she could easily reserve a table for her own family, change seats at will, and even prevent customers from taking chairs? I don't know if this is your policy, but if it is, it shouldn't be called a policy because it's so unprofessional. Customers pay for their meals; I had to search for a table to eat while your staff could easily hold a baby in their work uniform, reserve a table for their family during working hours, and even sit on the "staff chair", eating while watching a movie, while customers aggressively looked for tables or chairs. I don't know her name because she didn't wear a name tag. She was chubby and...
