Firstly the service is very satisfying, the dirty cutlery and plates are collected so fast. Staffs are polite and helpful.

About the food: All sashimi is just fresh and the sushi vinegar rice is seasoned well. Grilled mackerel and salmon are satisfying, be sure you get the surface parts, bottom parts are simmering in fat and could be greasy. Tempura, I come at the time just open, but already get a bit lumpy. So, pick wisely. The stir fried crab is sumptuous and fragrant, just that I’m lazy to shuck. For dessert is average, but for the chocolate brownie is surprising. Bitterness of dark chocolate blend so well with the brownie. The pickle orange tart, nah no orange aroma nor flavour. Wagyu burger is seasoned a bit too heavy, bbq sauce is stealing the show. But overall still good.

Super slow Service. Ordered at 11.55am and the food was still not out at 12.42. Bus was waiting for us at 12.45pm. We ordered gindara teriyaki x 2, one tori katsu and 3 plain rice. Restaurant was empty when we came, and only 5 more families came in after us. We had to tell them to change to take out. Even then we had to wait.

The prices are not cheap and taking out means that I would not be a good judge of the quality. I did not pay so much for it to be a Takeaway.

Super disappointed.

edit: Ended up with Takeaway of the Gindara and plain rice. The tori katsu could not complete by the time I had to leave.

The gindara is actually very well done so I have to up the rating. I ate it...

I visited this midori restaurant saturday night with my wife. The atmosphere is very nice to have dinner, many with family members spend their dinner quality time here. The chef often check-on the food on the station and sometimes talks to consumers here. Staffs are very nice, they always attend to you.

No doubt on the food quality served, the cleanliness of the restaurant, service during your dinner time, definitely worth the price.

Not to mention the hotel have new renovations fittings. Definitely a well...
