I would like to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the outstanding service I received during my recent stay(5th to 7th Feb) at your hotel.
In particular, I would like to highlight the exceptional assistance provided by Assistant Manager Christopher Gabriel during breakfast on Thursday 6th Feb. From the moment my father and I needs assistance, Christopherโs professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care made a remarkable difference to our experience. He went above and beyond to ensure our breakfast session was seamless and comfortable, and I truly felt valued as a guest.
His prompt responses, friendly demeanor, and dedication to ensuring every detail was taken care of were greatly appreciated. It is rare to encounter such level of service, and it certainly contributed to making my breakfast at the hotel even more enjoyable.
You see, my father is on wheelchair and all 4 pax tables nearby the buffet are occupied. We need to sit close to the table as it would be easier for me to access the food/drinks selections as I need to get the food for both of us. Christopher, upon seeing me and my father hovering for a table, came up to us and immediately offered help but upon confirming that there're no other tables nearby the buffet, he opens up the vip/private room for us and gets us coffees and juices, in fact before leaving he packed us pastries and coffees to go.
Also shout out to his staff, head chef Rao for ensuring deliciously good array of quality food, Farhan manning the salad station for securing the salmon from the kitchen to plate and information about the fruit compote which i've never seen not eaten before in any other hotel, server Amin from Pakistan and another server from Bangladesh that I regretfully forgot his name that comes to the vip room to assist my father. Oh one more, almost of your cook/staff manning their station is cheerful and up for friendly banter makes it more enjoyable to get my food.
Please do convey my sincere thanks to Christopher Gabriel and his breakfast crew especially the ones I mentioned by name. He is a true asset to your team and has left a lasting positive...

There was also fresh roti canai served but was quite hidden that I only noticed it towards the end of the breakfast hour. The curry taste was strong, which I like, but was also annoyingly salty ๐
I love siew mai, popia, porridge, all at the eggstation (the chef was excellent), teh tarik (the best teh tarik ever), and cereals (the choice of cereals was enormous).
There was myriad choice of pastries too and I love scone the most. Red velvet cupcake was however, quite dry ๐
Oh, and the chairs were somehow not pleasant to see. Has a lot of stains. Though I am sure that it's already cleaned, but for a 5 star hotel, I'm sure more effort on maintenance could be done.
The service from the staffs were outstanding ๐๐๐ very efficient, attentive and informative. A 5 star service indeed.
All in all, for a breakfast buffet of RM60 per pax, I can say that it was an 'okay' experience because the key to a lovely experience of a breakfast is food. Perhaps, I could rate it 5/5 if there wasn't much menu...

it was super crowded and they crammed round tables at the common area i.e below the grand staircase in an attempt to maximise num of customers but it ended up being like a โpasar malamโ ambience.
if you were seated in the middle (right below staircase) say goodbye to having a decent convo with your family. Music is blasted super loud on the only 2 speakers available at the venue. I mean youโre a 5 star hotel. Maybe invest on several speakers through out the venue??
the main buffet food was quite far from the centre. Itโs giving ramadhan buffet at a dewan vibes.
if you have babies definitely dont come here. Go to meridien instead. Not stroller friendly due to the crowds and not easy on babyโs ears
parking was full when we came at 7pm so we were told to use valet instead. I mean isnt that an indication that your venue cannot host that many ppl for dinner buffet?
Guys, just book your ramadhan buffet somewhere else. So dissapointed. Meridian putrajaya is...
