I went with lot of expectations as 1st time i am going to this place, normally I visit Bombay Darbar or Rajadhani, But I failed and feeling disappointed to choose this place. Started with masala tea, I felt like normal milk tea even not similar to milk tea more water less thickness, ordered food not tasty as indian dishes, spices are not properly mixed.. No taste just felt like an ordinary Hotel. Even though after sharing this same feedback with manager even the masala tea bill was not removed no need anyway i will. Pay for what I eat or drink not even a apology.. He was saying we dont have that tea.. This and that excuse.. So you stop selling those dishes if you dont have the ingredients properly.. You just give what ever u want and charging the customers in full?????? More over compare to other indian restaurants in Hulhumale this is way beyond expensive.. For 2 person bill here you can fully dine 4 people at other places in Hulhumale.. As I am a frequent customer on those places... This place has lot to improve.. Even the soap in hand wash area is full of water.. No soap in it..
Only the good thing i would say.. The server was good and he is...

I recently visited Indian Summer Restaurant in Hulhumale and had an incredible dining experience! The Chicken Dum Biryani (boneless) was absolutely delicious—flavorful, aromatic, and cooked to perfection. The rice was so well-spiced, and the tender chicken pieces made every bite enjoyable.
To complement the meal, I tried their Lime Mojito, which was refreshing and perfectly balanced—just the right amount of tangy and sweet. The ambiance was cozy, and the service was prompt and friendly.
If you're craving authentic Indian cuisine in Hulhumale, Indian Summer is a must-visit! Highly recommended for biryani lovers and cocktail enthusiasts alike. Will definitely be back for more!

I say this because I believe you guys...
