At Legacy, I have been training with Rifas for a considerable period, and I can confidently say that he is one of the most skilled and dedicated trainers I have come across. I committed to training with him three times a week, and I thoroughly enjoy the diversity and level of difficulty he incorporates into each session.

Rifas had a clear focus on helping me achieve my goals, particularly in alleviating the ankle and heel pain that was impeding my daily activities. His guidance and expertise have made a noticeable difference in my overall fitness. I have witnessed significant progress in my ability to perform more core exercises, and push myself further during each session. Surprisingly, I now eagerly anticipate my workouts.
