Visited recently has a wide variety of goods to offer and excellent customer service and plenty of discounted items available too which was great. The interior is stylish wonderful and designed with the customers in mind. I was ecstatic to ride the escalator as it is an rarity in male. Would recommend the mega mall to anyone looking to just buy quality products at a cheap price. However I would suggest an increase in variety of kitchen accessories and improving the display to make them more noticeable...

Worst customer service ever. Being a tourist to the land I asked a person who was near the cashier wearing the employee ID as to where I can buy sweets that are unique to Maldives. He showed me the chocolate isle which didn’t have anything.

I told him that I can’t seem to find and to help me , he told rudely. “ GO TO ANOTHER SHOP “ , then I went to the counter paid for the things I bought and went to another shop which was super helpful.

Please train your staff how to talk to customers...

hostile customer service. ground floor is run by highschool gangsters with a warped sense of machismo who will yell and attempt to intimidate you for requesting replacements or refunds for broken/fraudulent products. goods are all overpriced knockoffs from AliExpress. they will harass and mock you to your face in dhivehi. everyone from basic sales to manager is ready to bark and try humiliate you instead of providing actual...
