This was the most terrible customer service ever! I first called them for my order and checked with them if it’s possible to deliver my order to airport counter and they advised me to order through avas food app where they will process my order by 7:45pm as I said to them earlier the boat time. However after 7:45pm I received a call from avas food after I made the order through the app that Marry brown has not received my order confirmation which is so horrible as I’ve proof from the screenshot I asked clearly for the confirmation of delivery. Then they told me that they don’t deliver and I haven’t confirmed the order when it’s clearly to be seen I’ve given my confirmation. I then asked for a supervisor on duty as the way they spoke to me was horrible and the lady (Philippino) passed the call to a random staff pretending to be the supervisor. And kept on arguing about my order blaming the customer. They could have just mentioned they did not get to make my order ready on time than giving excuses instead of making...

Please be CAREFUL ordering DELIVERY service from MARRYBROWN/MALE'. I recieved food after 02:30 minutes. The order was MR CHICKEN BURGER COMBO and order was placed at 19:22. Payment done at 19:25. After an hour, at 20:26 marrybrown whatsapp saying 'rider on the way'. The food didn't arrive, when asked about the order, at 21:38, marrybrown replied "coming mam already prepare". I LOVE THIS PLACEEE!!!!! It has Amazing burgers my favorite part is the overload of mayonnaise! The burgers you get are very nice delicious and freshly hot! I use to not like burgers but in 2019 i ate my first whole burger at marry brown with my family.
