It was a terrible experience for us

I booked a table for 2, from the tarrace for iftar.

Came there on time. There was one table with two chairs upstairs, and two ladies that came took that place.

We had to ask the staff for a table for so long that by the time they provided us a table, the maqrib prayer call had already been made.

The waiters could not arrange a table or give us the reserved table and sent us to the 1st floor.

In the end, we were given a table that was not prepared. There was no table cloth, or drinks, or anything at the table which was given to us. Everyone at the tarrace was looking at us and was a really humiliating experience for us. And there was a cat roaming around the area in which we were given a table. It was really uncomfortable being around animals when we were eating.

Went there with a reservation, and I had the most frustrating time that I ever had to face at a restaurant there

We did pay the reservation fees and did pay the full amount they had requested us as well.

The staff neither gave an apology nor gave us a recompensation for the humiliation that we had to face while...

came with some friends to eat a spcl spicy dish which they were promoting...man that chillie spicy fried was really spicy...somehting good for spicy food hunters.... don't expect a VIP service...the open terrace may not be an ideal place to sit at night cox of the flood lights...
