Ellie’s Cuisine — Restaurant in Malé

Recently, I had the pleasure of dining with my friends at Ellie’s Cuisine, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience. We indulged in a delightful spread of dishes, including pesto pasta, carbonara, and fish and chips, and every bite left us wanting more.

The pesto pasta was a true work of art. The vibrant green color was visually stunning and immediately sparked our appetites. The basil-infused aroma was a bit less. The creamy texture blended perfectly with the al dente pasta, and the harmonious combination of all the flavours. It was a good.

The carbonara, a classic Italian dish executed flawlessly. The velvety sauce clung lovingly to the strands of pasta, honestly it was very tasty but the penne pasta was a bit over cooked. But taste wise it was hama Salhi. And will still come to try a different dish.

The fish and chips at Elli’s Cuisine were a true testament to their commitment to quality and freshness. The batter was light and crispy, encasing the flaky, succulent fish inside.
