I stopped by Food For Fit at Sliema Ferries around noon for a quick brunch and ended up really enjoying the experience. I ordered the Mixed Omelette and a double espresso, both were really good. The omelette was light but filling, and the espresso gave me that perfect midday boost.
I chose to sit inside since it was a bit hot outside, and I’m glad I did, the atmosphere inside was quiet, peaceful, and very clean. It’s the kind of place where you can actually relax, enjoy your meal, and not feel rushed. There’s also outdoor seating.
The staff were super friendly and welcoming. You can tell they care about the customers and the vibe of the place. It felt like a good mix of casual and health-conscious, without being pretentious, just good food and a chill environment.
I’d definitely recommend this spot to anyone who’s into eating clean or just wants a nice place to grab a balanced meal. Whether you’re working on your fitness goals or just looking for a healthy brunch option, Food For Fit is a solid choice.
I’ve uploaded some photos and a few short videos with this review to give you a better idea of the food and the vibe inside. Check them out if you’re curious. Will definitely be...

Pros: Nice proposal and effort for healthy food. Place is well located with options of eating indoor or outdoor. Great juice varieties with fresh fruits and amazing combinations, I personally recommend the Fat Burner if you are into ginger and freshness. Great presentation of dishes
Cons: Mediocre to bad service, with no carisma to attend clients or provide explanations. Menu didn’t match what is displayed on the website, with a lot of dishes being now excluded. Long wait for food No standard/pattern bread for the toasts as I saw different types while being there and none of them matching the promo pics. Also it felt old while eating it. Avocado toast with poached eggs had a nearly inexistent hollandaise sauce and apart from that the yolks were hard, thats...
Read moreVery disappointing experience. Ordered a sandwich that was advertised with chicken (i had it before), but it only had eggs and cottage cheese. When I pointed it out, i showed one of the waiters all ingredients one by one, compared pic from menu and the one I took, the staff insisted the chicken was ‘sliced very small’—essentially gaslighting me instead of acknowledging the mistake. (So small that you cant even taste it! What an excellent knife skills)
Only after I refused to pay full price did they reluctantly offer a small discount, but at no point did they take responsibility for the issue. Mistakes happen, but gaslighting a customer and dismissing their complaint is unacceptable. Be careful if you order here—check your food before paying.
There are plenty of great places to accept such customer service for overpriced...
