John and Steven (the owners) are very friendly and show maximum attention to each customer. They don't just give orders, they try to find an individual approach to everyone, which in my opinion is amazing and takes the service to a new level. A huge assortment of flavors of milkshakes, real homemade ice cream, fresh waffles, shaved ice, all this you can find in Gemma Joe's. Another plus of these guys is that they work late and they have delivery. If you are on vacation and staying in Sliema, I definitely recommend visiting this place as a local...

The guys at Gemma Joe’s are truly fantastic — they care to take the time to make high quality, absolutely DELICIOUS food, but they also take the time to get to know their customers which makes the experience of visiting next level. We are a group of 9 staying here for a week, and we’ve been 3 times, with our 4th time being tonight as our final send off from Malta.
