First of all had to request 3 times that the table is cleaned. Then I ordered lasagne. While I obviously don't expect it to be baked at that moment, I also don't expect it to be dried out. I tried a couple of pieces but it was absolutely dried out to the point that I could barely cut it with a normal knife. When I spoke to the waiter he started arguing and then told me he will speak to the kitchen. He came back telling me that it is not dry. I got the plate and tried to ask to speak to the manager. However it was clear no one was the manager. Another waiter told me I'll speak to the kitchen again. Again told me it was not dried out when even looking at it, it was obvious. No worries, I told him I'm not paying and walked out. This waiter found it appropriate to yell at me as I was leaving "And don't come back!"
Marina Bay first of all employ people who you don't have to ask 3 times to clean your table and also if you want people to pay for your food make sure it's edible and at the very least listen to your client, rather than cause a scene.

Read moreI went there since there was a change from Irerra (it was bad) and I thought it became better. It didn't, the service got worse as some waiters are just very rude,uneducated and very moody. I sat there for half and hour and no one arrived. Bear in mind that the restaurant was empty and there were couple of waiters and a manger near the entrance gawking and chatter like they just finished their work very early. I went to ask one of waiter if I can have a coffee.She said that I can go back to the table and they will serve you.I told her that I've been there for half an hour and her response is" Sorry we're just busy"
