ONE OF YOUR STAFFS* ^^ told us to pay attention to listen carefully next time after NOT calling our order numbers for a half an hour. Such a shame you didn't train your staff well. We have been studying in France for years in french courses. I guess he was so sure that it was not him who made a mistake because we are foreigners with accent who he assumed wouldn’t understand french well. :) I understand the level of your staffs’ education but I believe you don’t need a degree to have common sense. :) Never coming back !

We had lunch here this afternoon before going back to the airport. We spent 19,30 euros for 3 meals for 2 adults and 1 kid. We cannot expect the best. We get what we paid. I was surprised because the price is almost the same in Porto.

All-in-all can't think of anything wrong. The toilet was pretty good but had to ask for a code which the worker said weirdly, separating the numbers and letters with excessive pauses. Overpriced but that's just complaining about Mcdonalds in general. A specific issue is that at no point did I ever feel safe here when you would expect a McDonalds to be a safe space. In my local McDo in Cambridge UK, which is where I go to uni (uni of), I often feel completely at ease. This restaurant in Nantes felt truly like a warzone, what with the bullet holes and blood staining. We were also harassed by a drunk man who couldn't control his saliva but he spoke good English which was nice as we had spent all night surrounded by disconcerting Irish...
