We had a really nice dinner. While the tomatoes in our Caprese salad were not very tasty, the basil, mozzarella, olive oil and balsamic vinegar were good quality. The tuna carpaccio (app) was very good. My wife had the linguine carbonara and I had the pesto over fusilli. For the most part, I thought they did a pretty good job with it. The pesto was made in a very smooth and creamy fashion. Although I love pesto (made in all different ways), I thought it was excessive and smothered the pasta a bit. For those not absolutely crazy about pesto, it might be too overwhelming. Prices were reasonable (although the bottle of Pinot Grigio was a bit pricey for the quality). The atmosphere was very nice. It was sometimes a bit loud. The noise from the birds in the park in early evening didn’t help-they are very loud. Overall, I recommend this place. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food-I wasn’t expecting Italian food in a relatively small town in Mexico to be as good as it was. And the service was excellent but a bit stiff and impersonal. 15% tip was included in the bill. In total, the full bill came to...

Classic holiday restaurant vibes. Nicely located on the corner of the main square.

Delicious tasty margherita pizza with fresh basil (MN$180). Bruschetta starter disappointing ("homemade bread" is clearly untrue). I had their cheesecake for dessert - presented so beautifully and v delicious. The Mexican pinot grigio is really good.

Prices high-ish but large portions.

Service OK - depends who you get. They always seem harried.

You may need to ask them (repeatedly) to turn down the music.

And finally... I'd recommend that they quit the whole restaurant shut-down for birthday celebrations - within 90 mins, there were FOUR birthday announcements where the music system was replaced with rendition of happy birthday AND the TV screens capture the beaming recipient. A bit much! Perhaps keep it to the table? There's only so much everyone can keep caring about birthdays! Sorry to be a grouch but it's...

Good location, but that’s about it. We ordered one penne con salmon (which was good) and one spaghetti aglio olio e peperocino. The presentation was good. The spaghetti had zero flavor, no taste of garlic and absolutely no peppers. I indicated this to the waitress, she only smiled and left. Then when i asked for the bill, a 15% tip was included in the price. I paid the food and drinks without tip, due to how the server acted. Won’t be...
