A must go. Chef Luis Nara is a true cuisine artist. I have been to several of his restaurants in Cabo and I have always experienced the finest meals and service. We dined with 2 couples and Chef came to our table to personally share the menu and discuss the party’s favorite flavors. The couple at the table next to us was there for the third night in a row. I have to recommend the mango margarita for a pre dinner refreshment chips and with the house made Salsa Macha. Make sure to get some to take home with you.
The meal, amazing local fresh seafood ceviche, family style. It was a series of incredible flavor combinations that impressed course after course. Shrimp with mango, aguachile de Tamarindo , and tuna sashimi, The octopus was prepared perfectly. The Smokey flavor was a great suprise. Don’t forget the cornbread cake for a sweet treat at the end.
