Gastro 17 Tijuana — Restaurant in Baja California

At least one place in Gastro 17 Tijuana doubled the price on the menu when we tried to pay. We had beers, tacos from 2 different places, a chicken teriyaki dish, and French fries. No prices on the beer menu when we ordered. French fries were priced at 65 pesos, dude at counter said that was price for 1/2 an order. Didn’t say that anywhere in menu. Charged us 130 pesos and wouldn’t back down. Soured us on an otherwise decent meal. Not sure if we got ripped off anywhere else there, but won’t go...

▶️ESTACIONAMIENTO al cruzar la calle y es muy amplio $20.00 x 1 1/2 hrs.

▶️BAÑOS pequeños pero limpios y bien acondicionados

▶️EL COMEDOR limpio, pequeños pero bien

💢SERVICIO Y ATENCIÓN pues como en todas partes hay personas con actitud de servicio EXCELENTE (la comida Peruana y TKARBÓN 👌 mas que exelente) y otras pues no tanto… (la chica que nos atendió en los mariscos en la entrada y en las bebidas del fondo mmmm… apàticas como que a fuerza están ahí 😔 sorry pero así lo percibimos)

SIRVIERON TODO MUY RÀPIDO !!

▶️CALIDAD SABOR Y PRESENTACIÓN TODO DELICIOSO porciones generosas y con un sabor exquisito, SOLO EN LOS MARISCOS LA MISTERIOSA el aguachile estába buenísimo y bien picoso reportado de pepino y cebollitas, pero para nuestro gusto muy caro para traer literal como 8 camarones 😟;

el ají de gallina en la cocina Peruana tiene el toque de un guiso de mamá 😊 Y MANEJAN INKA COLA!!! (espero para la próxima tengan en lata, sólo tenían de 2lts 😞);

en PIETRO pizza en piedra BUENÍSIMA!!!

TKARBÓN ganó en decisión unánime totalmente

RECOMENDADOS TOTALMENTE Sin duda volveremos a probar otros platillos y mas cocinas…

We stayed at the hotel across the street, this place became our hub. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. You can not go wrong with any of the vendors. The bartender, Javier, became a friend! He was very helpful with information around TJ as well as top service! Owners are amazing as well! I appreciate all of them for making our stay in TJ that much better. Thank you so much guys! Hope to see you all...
