Hotel Real del Rio , Restaurant La Miel — Restaurant in Baja California

So i recently stayed at the hotel and it was a really good experience, good customer service and hospitality, the restaurant la miel on the other hand was horrible. We were staying at the hotel and wanted to try the restaurant out, so we went to go eat and ordered our food. They had told us they had an event there of about 30 people and they were servicing them first so we waited. But during that wait no one came to tell us about how long the wait was going to be Or even said sorry about the wait. We were waiting there for almost an hour and still no one acknowledged us or even check up on us. I had to get up and tell them how long was it going to take since its been almost an hour and we were hungry. So after that hour wait we finally got our food and lets just say it was not worth the wait. It was disappointing to say the least. I had ordered the chicken fettuccine and the sauce tasted like it was just dumped from a can and warmed up in the microwave. My partner had ordered the chicken sandwich and only got 2 little pieces on top of a sad looking piece of lettuce and tomato. Worst food ever don’t waste your money there.
