Ive been going to the one in Chula Vista (H St) for years. 1st time vistor to the TJ location. There is noise, smoke from the coals, people all over and a few flys here and there but thats the TJ experience. Tacos de asada and adobada are succulent. Default salsas are not too spicy but flavorful. Taco size is just right. El Franc is for the "overglut". Priced very affordable and good parking avail....

They do not skim on the meat here. They adobada tacos are some of the best I have had anywhere. Their are incredibly taste and moist. The tripe was not bad but tasted a little dry and slightly bland.
