I can see why they have low ratings for their service: They have good products but lack serious customer service. They have a fridge with products you can grab (drinks, yogurts, faux meats, prepared ceviche, cheeses, etc). BUT BEWARE, DO NOT GRAB THEIR JARS (salsas, dressings) BECAUSE THEY WILL GET MAD. I visited their store last week and grabbed my salsa from the fridge as I have multiple times before and got charged for a salsa at the counter but came home to realize it was a dressing of some sorts instead of their oil-based smooth salsa. I called to let them know of the mishap and basically got scorned by the lady about how I should not be grabbing those jars. Mind you, I've been TOLD BY STAFF to go ahead and grab those. It's worth sharing that these jars are right next to their house-made chorizo and ceviches. A sign on their fridge would avoid some confusion and reprimanded. I know I wouldn't grab it if it...

They also have vegan cheese and gluten free tortillas (made from nopales!). Many grocery items are available, like milks, flours, cookies, nuts, popsicles, etc.
The employees are great, too. They helped me find the gluten free items. I didn't speak much Spanish and the lady I talked to didn't speak much English, but she was really nice and we made it work!
I didn't have the chance to eat at the restaurant part of it, but I definitely...
