I can confidently say they far exceeded my expectations! This was my first time experiencing Colombian cuisine, and it was incredible. From the food to the drinks to the vibrant atmosphere, everything was authentically Colombian including the staff. The staff is exceptionally kind and courteous. They took the time to explain their dishes, customs, and the proper ways to enjoy their food, which added a rich cultural element to our dining experience.
I ordered the Bandeja Paisa, and it was a feast for both the eyes and the taste buds. The plate included perfectly cooked chicharrón, avocado, fried eggs, flavorful beans, rice, savory chorizo made and cooked in house, and sweet fried plantains. Each bite was an explosion of flavor, showcasing the care and authenticity that went into its preparation.
As an appetizer, we tried their empanadas, and they were nothing short of amazing—crispy on the outside and filled with deliciousness inside. To complement the meal, I had a Cola y Pola, a unique and refreshing blend of beer and cola that perfectly rounded out the meal.
The impeccable service and warm hospitality made us feel truly welcomed and valued as guests. We left with full hearts, satisfied stomachs, and a strong desire to return soon. If you're looking for an authentic Colombian dining experience that delivers on all fronts, I...

The tartar and ají sauces complemented perfectly. Coffee from a farm they partner with is awesome. Huevos a gusto and Guanabana juice delicious! Loved it all!!! The owner was so kind too. Excellent service, felt right at home. Todo riquísimo! Para chupar los dedos!! Don’t miss this amazing spot while in Tj! They are moving to the corner (bigger spot and will have alcohol) - just look for the brilliant colors of the Colombian flag (blue, red, and yellow). This is a...

I don’t know what it is about the reviews of the restaurants here in Mexico. They all seem to have a bunch of five stars, but then you go and are...
