This Starbucks location tends to have sub-par service. I have visited the location a few times, and only once have I had a positive experience. Typically they don't bother greeting you when you come into the store, and seem to treat walk in customers as second-class-citizens, as they seem to give priority to the drive-thru, I sometimes wait more than 5 minutes to be greeted and my order taken as the workers are seemingly busy with the drive-thru. I would understand if they are busy but would at least greet me with a "Hello, I'll be with you in a moment", but they seem to just ignore you until they have the chance to be "bothered" with your order. I once came to the location on a bike, while I was very sweaty and without my bike lock, so I went through the drive-thru and was served by Jerry D. I first asked him if I could order at the window/drive-thru (as I was on a bike), he said yes, but then proceeded to be very "mamon" and rude while taking my order. He did not ask me the typical questions about which type of milk I wanted, etc, and instead just gave me the drink the way he saw fit. Read moreI was the only person in the Starbucks early in the morning. They had about 5 to 10 employees behind the counter. I ordered a simple espresso macchiato with little milk. They took 30 minutes and multiple times of me reminding them to actually make the drink, and when they did, they put way too much milk in it, so I had to throw it down the drain.
They’re very slow, there’s way too many staff, and it’s clear that they have a culture where they don’t care about their customers. There are much better Starbucks and other cafes in the area. I would skip this one. I don’t usually give bad reviews, but it’s clear why this Starbucks has more employees...

Manager not so good I asked her in a polite manner if she can provide me with the wifi password and she told me so rude that it was on my receipt 🧾 I told her that accidentally throw the ticket on the trashcan.
