Horrible service we waited outside for 30 minutes I can't stand long because I have a problem with my knees they would not let me sit on the bench at the entrance because they put the to go food on them instead of on a table that's at the entrance,

Then inside we waited for another hour for them to even start to cook our food took forever for our drinks to other tables while we sat at the grill to other grills that came in after us they cook their food first,

Then by the time they start cooking for us we're eating and then they brought the check because they were closing, and came back a couple minutes later expecting the money to be ready but we're eating we're not about to touch our money while we're eating. We asked for napkins I probably five times until they brought some we ask for extra drinks like three different times what a shame such a nice place and horrible service never again. We asked to speak to a manager two different times he finally came he apologized he said they had all new employees that's why that issue but next time he will help us I don't believe there will be...

Hello, This is my favorite sushi restaurant. The establishment I went to is the Rio one, and honestly, the place is quite small and the tables are kinda close to each other. The atmosphere gives Japan vibes thanks to the furniture and sushi bar. The service is really good and the staff is very kind; the waiters are always near you to attend your necessities. As you sit down at the table they give you a courtesy chop suey while you wait for the food. So the chef will have prepared the food by the time you order your plate. The dishes are really good and the seafood is fresh and tasty. I ordered a Kani Furai Maki Roll, the flavors were balanced and tasted really delicious. I tried this place because a friend recommended it and the food did not disappoint but the servers were terrible I asked for a beer and cup of water for me and my parter they never brought out the waters it took almost another 20-30 min for them to come and see what we were gonna order and after they brought the food they never once came to check on us if we wanted another drink, and keep in mind they never brought out the waters, after the food I was gonna order dessert but almost another 30min went by and nobody came I had to get up and grab a waiter to ask for the check because I was just tired of waiting there after almost 2 hours from getting there, I’m not sure if it was the way I was dressed that made them think I wasn’t worth serving.
