Tony's Pizza — Restaurant in Baja California

On several occasions I’ve ordered pizza to go and it’s been some of the best I’ve had. However, I tried to dine in at this place the other night and it was the worst service. I walked in and at least 3 employees saw me standing there. They didn’t acknowledge me or ask if I was picking up or dining in. Five minutes go by and I finally asked if we pick any seat or they seat us. Waitress responded to pick any seat. I chose the outdoor area. After 15 minutes no one had come over to take our order. I went back to the counter and asked if anyone was going to take our order. The waitress tells me she can take it there. I ordered pasta and a coke for dine in and a pizza to go. She gives me the total, I paid then she says it’s only to go orders and it’ll take 25 minutes for my order. I’m thinking why couldn’t she inform me that it was only to go orders before I paid that way I could have gone somewhere else. I sat down again to wait for my food. A group of 4 showed up and sat down. They took their order within 5 minutes. About 12 minutes later they brought their order and they were dining in. 5 minutes after that another waiter asked if we had ordered yet and we told him yes. He went inside then came back out with our food and cokes that were all in to go containers. I asked him why they told us it was only to go for us in which he didn’t have an answer. I didn’t say anything else and we left with our food. I don’t think I’ll ever eat there again because after eating that pasta I’m thoroughly convinced that the girl who took our order and didn’t want us dining in, messed with our food. I say this because we got a case of bubble guts right after eating the pasta. It went away afterwards but then the next day we had some of the to go pizza for lunch and once again bubble guts appeared like magic. Needless to say we threw away the rest of the pizza. TONY'S PIZZA New York Style / This Tuesday , I Showed Up About 7:35p.m. They Couldn't Cook Me Up A Pie , So They Gathered Up Slices That Was Left Overs Slices On Display ! The Pepperoni Slice I Had To By-Passed Seems It's Been Their More Then 8 Hours , They Threw It In The Oven For One Minute And Of Course It Was Unevenly Cooked ! Not Even Warm , So At Home I Threw It In The Mircowave And That's Always A ! NO NO ! , It Gets The Bread Chewy Hard ! Like I said Earlier , How Long Has It Been Out Under The Lamps On Display ! ! . . . Me And The Wife Did Agree That Either The Combination Slice Had To Much Salt Or To Much Baking Soda ! It Took Me Two Cups Of Pepsi And A Bottle Water To Wash Down The Tast Of Saltyness From My Mouth ! . . . OR It's Just The Cheapest Pepperoni In Tijuana On The Combination Slice !. . . The Location Is In A Prime Location , Hard To Find Parking Here In The City Of Cacho , Tijuana . . . SO MUCH RECOMENDATIONS FOR THE PLACE,A "LANDMARK" IN TJ BUT CASH ONLY !!!! I HAD TO WALK OUT,CAN'T BELIEVE A OLD SPOT STILL NOT CATCHING UP WITH TIME!!! UPDATE GAVE A SECOND CHANCE AND IT WAS EVEN WORSE EXPERIENCE! YOUNG GUY WAS OUR WAITER,CAME LATE TO OUR TABLE WITH ATITUDE AS "ARE YOU U READY " NOT EVEN ASKING IF WE HAVE ANY QUESTIONS ON THE MENU,VERY DISCONNECTED. AS WE WERE ASKING A BIG TABLE CAME IN" ALL AMERICANS" AND OUT OF NOWHERE HE JUST LEFT US AND ATTENDED THEM....VERY CLEAR LOOKING FOR A BIGGER "TIP".
