The perfect blend of excellent coffee and juices, great food, and relaxed vibe in comfy surroundings. It's always a good sign when you are only half way through your main, and you are already eyeing up the cakes... This place has the perfect blend of chill and good taste in a relaxed and friendly cosy coffee shop contemporary bubble. It looks unassuming from the street, but surprises with tables not only on the street, but also in the secret garden, a veranda upstairs, and inside with lovely aircon. My cappuccino was the most generous and best tasting I've had for a long while, and the food is absolutely delicious. There are sandwiches, and there are Sandwiches...and these were of the latter variety, if you get my meaning. I had a problem with the cake though...it was the best Carrot Cake I think I've ever had, but the monstrous portion took me half and hour whittling away at it, and it still defeated me - not very proud of that! Anyway, the staff were bubbly and helpful and attentive. It's a little walk from the main centre, but well worth the effort for the superb food, delicious coffee and juices, and fabulous ambiance. Tip: I recommend the coffee - I had to drink 2 cappuccinos to wash down my giant...
Read moreWe tried almost half of the menu and were extremely disappointed. • My iced latte wasn’t an iced latte at all — it was just cold, watery coffee with zero flavor. • The two smoothies tasted fine for about two minutes, then turned into nothing but water. • The fruit bowl looked nice but had very little fruit, cost €10, and the fruit was unripe — in Mexico, of all places! Way overpriced. • The Huevos Rancheros came with a bland sauce that tasted like the cheapest canned version — no onions, no spices, absolutely no flavor. • The vegetarian Eggs Benedict were equally tasteless, and at €10–15, completely unjustifiable. In Mexico, you normally expect vibrant, flavorful food with spices. Here, there was none.
The only positive was the service — Brandon was very friendly and attentive. But the kitchen was a total failure.
We paid almost €60 for food that was practically inedible. The prices are outrageous, and the flavors nonexistent. I would not recommend this restaurant at all unless the kitchen...
Read moreReally great. I'd highly recommend it. It's a bit pricey than most places but the food is exceptional. We had several dishes. The banana French toast was great. Had fresh bananas slices and the toast part was banana bread which made it even better! We had bacon as well which thin and crispy. Two of them had a dish that was like am egg enchilada with bean sauce. That was also great. My daughter had the spanish style eggs Benedict and chipotle sauce. Really nice. And we had a plate of fruit. The passion fruit drink is absolutely delicious and refreshing. I'd recommend it. Everyone was raving about the coffee. It was just coffee. Nothing fantastic. However, all the food sealed amazing. We got this find from our tour guide from 360 SUP tours. Thanks again Todd for the...
