It is very unusual to receive poor service in Cabo, especially since the majority of the economy is based on hospitality. La Pizza Nostra Medano suffers from complacent workers who are not interested in the customer experience. The food was okay. We got a pepperoni pizza, which was good and an "Albina" which was undercooked and had far too much cheese. One of our favorite spots here in Cabo. The food is wonderful. The fettuccine Alfredo is creamy and so good one of our favorite dishes.
