Had a very good meal at Casa Ofelia. Ordered:
Enchiladas Mineras (the style known in this area). Tasty combination of cheese, potatoes, carrots. Plate included a chicken leg quarter. It was a large portion. Worth a try. I would give 4.5 stars
Pollo milanesa (breaded chicken) The chicken was pounded flat, breaded and fried, tasted like chicken you would get with an order of Chicken Parmigiana. Also had good flavor and included two large portions of chicken.
Taquitos Chicken filled, fried, plain…just the way my daughter likes them.
Spaghetti This was the surprise of the night. The sauce was like a creamy red sauce, like an Alfredo marinara mix. Huge portion.
My teenage girl’s like their food very plain, so we’re always worried they won’t like what they order on vacation. Casa Ofelia was a hit with everyone.
