DO NOT PAY BY CARD. I went to pay by card and was told the payment was declined. Unfortunately I did not ask for the copy. I then tried a different card and was told it was declined again. However, the second card had instant notifications so I did see that the money was taken from my account. After some discussion and showing my banking app, they believed me. I inquired about the first attempt, assuming that it was the same issue and that the money would also come out of that account a day later but the staff did not care. As expected, my other account was also charged 2 days later meaning I paid twice for my bill. On top of that, my girlfriend sat on a chewing gum on one of their chairs which a staff member did not even react to when we showed him the chewing gum on the chair and her jeans. Es lamentable que tengan como encargado a una persona prepotente y grosera. Le pedí una aclaración de cuenta y el señor se portó grosero incluso al final me arrebató el dinero. yo creo que no tiene nada de malo pedir una aclaración de cuenta sobre todo cuando lo haces con respeto. (incluso al final resultó que ellos se equivocaron ya que faltó comandar algo que se había pedido ). No se pedía que se cobrara de más o de menos, simplemente lo que era. es importante que capaciten a su personal en el trato a los comensales para que haya respeto y tolerancia, por que además creo que a otras persona les ha pasado que este sr. los trate mal .
