12/8/2023 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grouper, steamed vegetables and yellow rice. Seasoned well. Everything was delicious.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Erin was our customer service attendant. She was awesome. Her recommendations were great. She was very friendly, top tier customer service.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Manager: Augustine was nice and friendly and welcomes everyone. Him and I talked basketball for a little bit and enjoyed the in season tournament the NBA is doing. All the staff there are amazing

We visited Snappers as a group of 37 people, and they absolutely blew us away with their patience and service! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredible—attentive, efficient, and genuinely friendly. Despite our tight schedule, they worked tirelessly to serve us quickly without compromising on the quality of food and drinks, ensuring every single person in the group was taken care of.

A standout moment was the thoughtful birthday cake they prepared for two of our group members who were celebrating their 40s. Even though we couldn’t stay long enough to enjoy it, the gesture alone was heartwarming and showed how much they value their customers.

The bar is spacious and perfectly equipped to accommodate large groups like ours. It’s miles better than many buffet-style places we’ve been to, where quality often takes a backseat to quantity.

If you are visiting Isla Mujeres with a group of friends, come here!!!—it’s rare to find a place that handles large gatherings with such care and excellence. Highly...
