Please be careful if you go there . I am vegetarian and I have allergy and asked the lady twice without carne . I got something with chicken . I removed the pieces and leave more than half of the pizza at the ordering point . A mistake is possible but she didn’t even take responsibility and at least apologized for the issue .. hope I am not going to be sick … worst experience at a dominos pizza that used to be one of my favorite ..

Antes de ir, leí las reseñas negativas, pero la mayoría están mal. Aguas. 1.- No dejar tan fácil comer ahí por varías cosas que noté: hay muchos mañosos que solo pasan para entrar al baño y lo dejan super sucio y la otra es que llegan con bebidas alcoholicas, tampoco se manchen, es lugar familiar. 2.- Tardan en las entregas a domicilio porque al pedir me dí cuenta que había demasiada gente, tanta que no pueden ni contestar el teléfono 3.- No permiten el acceso con bebidas por obvias razones, además se quieren hacer los chistosos ocultado packs de cerveza. En resumen es entendible el trato viendo toda la situación, le dejo 5 estrellas.

My wife ordered the pizza and then asked if they would bring the pizza up to the second floor and they said they don't do that. But outside they have motorcycle to bring it to your house. I went upstairs to wait for the pizza. The eating area was on the second floor and multiple tables had leftover pizza on them. Then I went into the men's bathroom and it was very dirty with bm on the toilet seat. Unfortunately weren’t able to cancel our pizza and get our money back. It was not a very pleasant time eating there. We talk to the staff about these issues and they respond as if it wasn't their problem. This is not the first time we had these kinds of issues at other restaurants and other places to buy things. There is no customer service here in Mexico just give me your money no matter if the food is good or bad or the things you’re buying works or not. My advice is don’t come to Mexico It is not...

Ordered 2 Ham and Pineapple pizzas in spanish, received and had to pay for 4 pizzas. 😠

Upon opening one box, it had clearly been dropped as the ENTIRE pizza was on one side of the box. And it had no pineapple on it....not one piece.

We have been to PV many times and frequent local restaurants and enjoy the wonderful local fare. Tonight, we and our friends wanted some good old international corporate chain pizza.

Wow, were we dissappointed.

This joint needs to watch the 40 year old Mc Donalds training video about a bad McD's in the ficticious town of "Credibility Gap".

This place isnt anywhere near the corporate standards that we enjoy throughout Canada and the US.

The only reason that it isnt one star, is because the pizza got here...

Argh. I've been here in Puerto Vallarta since last week and this is the first tme Google popped up a location rating and it is this place where the bathroom was awful - smells like it hasn't been washed in a while and the soap they were using was a bar soap. Also, the place didn't have a hand sanitizer anywhere.

Redeeming factor is the good airconditioning and the food itself, hence, the lone star.

Too bad the washroom situation pulled this place down so hard, especially in these times when a hygiene game plan is so important in any establishment.
