Residences Sky Bar — Restaurant in Jalisco

This place is normally a 5 star exceptional place...they have amazing drinks. At the beginning of COVID, the Mexican government put a policy in place where Bars had to ask their customers to order food. This has been lifted off quite a while ago. But Sky Bar has kept that policy still as of today (Oct. 18th). The food is awful!!...not at the height of all the good food in PV. They now just want to boost your bill because the food is expensive for the poor quality you get. I just call today at 6p.m., with poor greetings, and I was confirmed about this policy still in place with a nonchalant tone and hung up without any goodnight or hope to see you soon...he just didn't care. I am obviously disappointed since I have been there so many times and always enjoyed the great staff, great views...and again...their very good drinks. Hope this will change soon to what I know this place can offer.

UPDATE!! I went back last November (2021) and they removed there mandatory food in order to get a drink!! I guess they have figured out that it was not a great business strategy. Hopefully it will stay this way because I really enjoy the drinks and...

Skybar is a must when visiting PV!  The views from the rooftop are priceless (day & night).  Also, the service is exceptional.  Poncho, Alexis, Antonio, and Johnathan were amazing.  Their hospitality and attentiveness were appreciated.  The drinks/food were great and reasonably priced for the location.  Grab a drink and some food while watching the sunset!  They have happy hour prices everyday during specific times.  When you enter the building head up to the top floor it's that convenient.  We hope you enjoy it as...

Great views, bar can make basic drinks, capparina not on the radar but there is always Brazil for that. That aside, great for the eagle perch to see PV old town and how it is becoming the new condo zone. Did not use the pool since I was not staying there. Unsure if the pool is open to the public for the price of a drink. Nibble food that is served is popcorn. Lots of nooks near the edge to see the different views.
