I gave three stars because I've had a good experience and a bad experience with this restaurant. First time I went there was great, had the quinoa porridge and the pancakes with homemade nutella. Was delicouse. They also have a great selction of tasty cakes. Second time visiting which was a week later I ordered the the Acia bowl. The bowl came out with the fruit and granola sitting on the bottom and the frozen slab of Acia sitting right on top that had just come out of the packet !!!??? So after I took it back they blended the slab and it came back as a ball in the middle. It's obvious whoever was in the kitchen had no clue whatsoever on what an Acai bowl is meant to be. Anyways I rolled with it because I really wanted to eat it but then the mango which had come from a tin was completely off and smelled amd tasted rotten which had touched some of the other fruit as well. I let them know that the mango was off amd they were apologetic but if you completely stuff up someones breakfast then you should at least give them a partial refund. Anyways, I think it can depend what day you go and who's in the kitchen if its going to be good or not....

We are vegan gluten free and soy free travelers. When we found this place on happy cow, we thought lets give it a try! My family is not vegan, but they were willing to try the food. ALL 7 people got sick. I don't know if they didn't wash their hands or what! For 9 days I had fever and diarrhea, and my family were very ill. I needed to have antibiotics and an IV. I HAD TO PAY THOUSANDS BECAUSE OF THIS PLACE! I had to cut my trip short because I needed to come home to get treatment. After almost three weeks I'm still sick. We ordered humus that tasted funny, and eggplant, a few orders of tacos, and a few more dishes. We all shared the food so we didn't know what made us sick. I wish I could contact sanitation or something because I don't want anyone else to get sick. PLEASE OWNER MAKE SURE EVERYONE WASHES THEIR HANDS PROPERLY AND PEOPLE HANDLING MONEY WASH THEIR HANDS BEFORE TOUCHING ANY KIND OF FOOD, AND AFTER GOING TO THE BATHROOM. I contacted the owner after I got sick, right away and he refunded the meals, but I am still left with huge medical bills because of poor...

The food here was First Class, Top Notch, A plus! It was a fine dining experience. But let me start with the vibe, they have the tunes and the music on deck! It was soul house + afro house atmosphere. Just real vibey. I could have stayed just for the tunes alone. Next, they adorn your senses with the aromatics of the place. The restaurant smelled so good. It put me right at ease and I just felt that all my senses were delighted. The ambiance is great. The service is great. I loved it.

Now for the FOOD! The truffle fries, baby!! Damn! I will absolutely be coming back for those fries! The Turkish burger!?! Man, what??? That was FIRE! I thought it was real meat. Its made with Beyond meat and it was juicy, seasoned and had hella flavor! Thank you for that! I will be coming back for that too!

They even had delicious mocktails that go beyond a limonada! I had this lavender mocktail and it was everything!

They got it all! Can't wait...

This is an amazing place but it’s not the best vegan restaurant out there. Nevertheless, it still deserves 5 stars for the good food. I am docking off a star primarily because it is on the expensive side compared to other restaurants in the area and the service or the ambience don't justify the cost. The service is a little on the slower side. I’d assume that the people of CDMX might like this place more than tourists since it offers a variety of vegan food and not just vegan Mexican. We had a shrub drink , one fritters and one plate (3 tacos) of Baja cauliflower tacos. And this already turned out to be 20 usd which is definitely high considering we had paid similar prices for higher end restaurants which had better food, presentation, service and ambience. Nevertheless, you might still come here and enjoy the place, just that we had way better experiences in other places.

Very good wifi. Lots of vegan options. Lovely decor (one loo is reasonable size, but the other loo (toilet) was tiny but tolerable - seems to be a thing in Mexico having narrow cubicles). Lots of live music outside. I didn't choose the best options from the menu (e.g. their ash baba ganoush was not as good as Lebanese restaurant's) and the ginger shot was ok. As for the pastry - don't bother if you're accustomed to European (particularly French, Italian, Dutch or Danish) pastries. But the tacos were exquisite and the chia pudding was almost divine (more coconut and it would be sublime). Excellent value for money too. But sometimes they can't take American Express and then you need to make sure you have cash or VISA. They also don't have salsa Verde and some of the dishes are a little bland for my spicey palate. But should be good for most people.

The food was really good and wait staff was all very nice, though we had to ask for menus and were prompted to a QR code. I’ve been in other restaurants like this but they also always have had a paper menu available. I was with a friend and we were visiting from San Cris. Her telcel data was used up unexpectedly on our walk over to Roma and frankly I don’t support the digitalization of everything nor do I wish to look at a menu on a device. One of the waitstaff brought my friend a phone to look at the menu but the whole experience was frustrating for her. Why no paper menus?! After we decided what we wanted, we waited and waited for about 15 minutes and I had to stand up and get someone to ask if we could place our orders. The food was pretty and tasted good, the building was beautiful but the service here needs improving along with paper menus.
