I was super excited to try what I was told is one of the best posoles in CDMX and was extremely disappointed. The moment I sat down the server hovered over me rushing me to order. My cubano (beer/tomato) was served in a chipped glass - I didn’t notice at first because of the salted rim until I felt it on my lips.
