Coffeefy Workafe - Juárez — Restaurant in Mexico City

I had high hopes for Coffeefy Workafe, given its promising ambiance and concept. However, my experience was less than satisfactory. When I arrived, I stood at the counter for a good two minutes, waiting for someone to acknowledge my presence. Unfortunately, I was completely ignored. There was no greeting, no indication of assistance, not even a simple acknowledgement of my existence.

I hate to concur with the negative reviews, but it seems like Víctor, Ali, and Oscar were on point with their observations about the service, or more precisely, the lack thereof. It's disheartening to see a place with such potential fall flat in one of the most crucial aspects of hospitality - customer service.

In the service industry, paying attention to customers, acknowledging their presence, and providing timely service are bare minimum expectations. It's unfortunate that Coffeefy workcafe could not deliver on these basic tenets.

Stayed in Roma Norte and found this cafe to work in. Two levels, lots of table space, with different seating configurations. Additional Skype room, tv room, and meeting room available to rent. Lots of outlets.

Folks come here to work so expect to hear others on calls. But the vibe is super chill. Observed someone spend their whole workday here. Friends of others stopped by and talked socially. Even saw some people taking a break and sleeping on the couches.

Serves other beverages in addition to coffee. Has soy milk to sub. Skip the americano and opt for the soy latte. Serves food although not a lot of vegan options. The avo toast was decent. You are asked not to bring outside food.

Service was good and friendly. Order at the counter and they bring it to you. You have the option to pay then or later. The standard seems to pay at the end. All the better. Found myself staying longer than expected because CoffeeFy had everything I needed...

Placed an order which was never taken. The place was empty and they struggled to take the order. After we sat down and waited 15 minutes I asked the staff where the order is, and they said they are still making it. 10 minutes later the staff asked my wife to repeat the full order. After waiting 25-30 minutes they still didn’t have our order in the system. We repeated the order 3 times and they still didn’t give us anything.
