The food was DELICIOUS!!! So much so that we ordered three rounds of food: roasted elote-inspired fried corn "ribs" which were perfectly caramelized, the melt-in-your mouth braised tongue taco, the decadent suckling pig taco...second round was the octopus taco, followed by the finale: their cheese empanadas! Definitely don't skip these because folded into the molten cheese is an herb called hoja santa or "holy leaf" that you can only find in Mexico. Very unique (you have to try it for yourself) and just what we needed to recover from a night of strong drinks!
