I’m highly disappointed after stopping here for a quick bite with my husband. Granted we are not locals but rather visitors from the United States. We decided to stay within the radius of our Airbnb due to it being 9:00pm. However, we both really enjoy Asian cuisine and especially Korean food! We were excited when we came across this place and were ready to order some delicious fried chicken. After walking in we were greeted and the waitress told us that after 9:00 (we walked in at 9:10) the only options were ramen. We said that was fine, selected our ramen, chose our protein and patiently waited. During our wait, another pair of individuals walked in & were given the option to order from their full menu. Therefore, after finishing our food & going up to the register to pay she explained to us that apparently those two individuals made reservations & they were extending their hours until 11:00pm. I call bs because there’s no mention of reservations being required & if that were the case they could’ve said so to begin with. The cherry on top was paying $32.00 usd for 4 buldak noodles with added protein. I’ve never been to a place where they charge to cook the ramen for you.
The break down was Bag of ramen $50.00 pesos To simply cook the ramen $40.00 pesos Protein option of choice can range from $20-$70 pesos
I will not be coming back to this place and do not recommend this establishment to anyone. I’ve yet to experience this type of service in any of the other restaurants I visited during my stay in CDMX. If your business hours are going to say their open until a certain hour and a customer walks in with plenty of time to order, quit being lazy & do your job or just go ahead & shut down your...
