Bad experience First, when I travel I always look on internet what to do, when I saw this on trip advisor I decided to get it, place was located (saw the address on trip advisor) more than an hour away, I paid online, very expensive activity, we were 4, it was about 12,000 pesos, around $600 for a breakfast I did this on Saturday for a Sunday breakfast, I received a receipt with the amount I paid and a reservation number from dinner in the sky, I arranged with a taxi to drive us there, another 1200 pesos, when we get THERE, oh surprise, they moved a year ago, at this point it was going to be impossible to get there for the breakfast so I called to complain and asked for a refund, the answer at the beginning was that it wasn’t their fault because they sent me all the information by mail, later I found out that they sent me a second email under title “no reply”, (no dinner in the sky) which is very unprofessional and nonsense, because I previously received one from dinner in the sky without any information about the place, after a long discussion and telling me that is my fault and they don’t refund nothing, etc etc, they decided to give us the breakfast at 12:30, it wasn’t not even 40 min,, way too much waste of time, money and aggravation, please double check when you booked, these people don’t even change their address after one year of moving!, not...

These people are THIEVES! Beware and DO NOT book with them. They stole 400 USD from me by rescheduling my tickets to a date that didn’t suite me. They said because of their “no refunds policy” they can do this. Regardless of whether that’s in your policy or not, it is ILLEGAL to collect money for a service you don’t provide. It’s called STEALING. Their website is in English but the customer service and emails only come in Spanish and they treat people terribly. DO NOT BUY with them. Dinner in the Sky es una experiencia verdaderamente única que todo aquel que busca emociones fuertes y alturas debe vivir. Tal vez se hayan subido a juegos mecánicos que los elevan a varios metros de altura, pero ¿en cuál de ellos te permiten comer? Esta experiencia es nueva y única en su tipo y todo aquel que viva o visite la Ciudad de México debe permitirse disfrutarla al menos una vez en la vida.

Hablando del servicio y la atención por parte del staff, debo decir que es simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que llegas hasta el momento en que te vas, te hacen sentir como en casa. Todo el equipo es muy atento y amable, lo que hace que la experiencia sea aún más agradable.
