El Sazón 3 — Restaurant in Mexico City

The food was okay. We had aztec soup, chicken flautas, and salad. The salad dressing was tasteless, the caramelized almonds should have been crushed and served in bits and small pieces. We had to eat them separately and that took more flavor away from the already poor salad. The “fresh” guanoabana water was warm and had to ask for ice. The service was courteous and friendly, but very slow. The bar tender had no idea how to make any drinks. Why have alcohol on display if your bar tender can’t serve it? Visto está cadena de restaurantes desde hace 10 años de manera intermitente últimamente voy casi diario, en específico esta sucursal de Venustiano Carranza 55 siempre tiene mesas disponibles casi nunca ay que esperar, el local esta muy bien cuidado y se siente hogareño, cuenta con una terraza que da a un pasaje con un aire colonial que le da cierto encanto, el personal que da acceso así como quien toma la orden son personas muy amables y eficientes, en horas pico 3 a 4 pm talvez tengas que esperar un poco, el menú es variado y siempre muy rico casi todo comida mexicana, los precios son justos no es un lugar caro, en 10 años mi única queja es que hace unos días la señorita que cobra que siempre trae cubrebocas en caja nos trató muy mal, olvide mi cartera en la oficina la cual está a unos cuantos metros le pedí amablemente si me permitía ir por ella no tardaría más de 5 min a lo que me dijo que era imposible que debía quedarse mi acompañante le dije que era un cliente recurrente y que en verdad no tardaría insistió en que se quedaba mi acompañante o "debía dejar un celular en resguardo" comentario que hizo en un tono muy soberbio y duro, algo molesto fui rápido y regrese y le dije que se me hacía poco cordial no entender la situación y tratarnos así a lo que dijo de manera muy déspota, "ni modo si no le toca pagar a tu mesera" fue algo muy desagradable, ay personas que trabajan ahí que tienen la presión a tope y siempre tienen una sonrisa y que una persona así te arruine toda la experiencia es muy triste, fuera de eso recomiendo ampliamente el lugar les gustará solo aseguren de llevar efectivo o les tocará quedarse...
