My wife and I recently visited Miralto Restaurant for dinner, hoping to enjoy a pleasant meal with a nice view of the city. Unfortunately, our experience fell far below expectations.Upon arrival, there was no hostess at the entrance, so we waited for someone to greet us. After a few moments, a waiter walked by, and when we attempted to get his attention, he simply told us that someone would assist us shortly, all while continuing on his way without stopping to acknowledge us further. When we were finally approached by a waitress, she was carryin food and drinks on a tray and simply pointed to a table in the far corner, indicating that we could sit there. The area she directed to was very crowded and excessively noisy, so we politely asked it would be possible to sit at a different table. To our surprise, t waitress informed us that the section we requested was closed service, even though it appeared to be occupied by other gues She walked away without further explanation or offering an alternative solution. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for a waiter to take our order, we were disappointed to find that the food did not meet our expectations. The steak was overcooked, and overall, the food felt overpriced for the quality. The drinks were also underwhelming, lacking in flavor and poorly executed. The service continued to be slow. It took another 30 minutes for our waiter to bring the final bill, and after waiting an additional 30 minutes for the payment to be processed, my wife and I ultimately walked up to the main counter to settle the bill ourselves. While the view of the city from the restaurant is beautiful, it unfortunately doesn't make up for the subpar service and mediocre food. I sincerely hope that our experience wasn't due t any form of discrimination, though it did feel as if we were being directed to a less favorable part of the restaurant without explanation.Overall, I would not recommend Miralto. While the food isn't terrible, it's not worth the price you pay. The lack of service and quality makes it hard to...

Awful place, found a 3 cm worm into our dish!!

Let's start from the beginning..we had to wait at least 15 minutes before a waiter arrived to get our order..and surprisingly, being such a turist place, he was not talking an English word at all. Within other things we ask the sider "steemed vegetables"..and here it comes the best, together with such vegetables there was a 3 centimeters worm!!

We called the waiter's boss (fortunately at least him was speaking English) and he excused with the chef proposing in order to recover the incident to prepare again a new steemed vegetables dish. Disgusted by what we just saw and what we could have eaten by mistake, we asked for the bill.

And incredibly the bill arrived with full price, even including the steemed vegetable dish with the worm!! I therefore asked to talk to the restorant responsible that this was really not acceptable..he apologized for the worm and proposed to offer us a free dessert. We refused and asked again for the bill. The bill arrived again with full price just removing the steemed vegetable dish. And guess what? The waiter asked us if we wanted to leave the tip!! Unbelievable.

In normal restaurants if you do such a huge mistake the dinner comes for free or at least with a relevant discount..evidently not here, avoid this place, worst service ever, even leaving aside the worm the quality of the other food was totally not in line with the price..the only thing I would save of this restaurant is the view from 41 floor..but for this you can just go on the bar on...

First I want to say stay away from this place! Do the view at the tower but skip the restaurant, it’s totally not worth the disappointment. Second if you don’t want to get food sick cause your food is very under cooked, stay away! This was the second burger that was brought out to me cause the first one was completely raw!! So I told the waiter nicely and he toke it back without a problem, then I get this burger and it was kinda the same but more cooked BUT STILL Unacceptable and under cooked! At first I tried to not make a big deal about it and bypass some pieces of the burger not being cooked right but after a while I couldn’t!! I snapped, called the manager and told him wt#! He was so unprofessional about the whole thing it was unbelievable!!!! Totally killed me whole mood and experience at this tower! I was really expecting for him to offer to take it off the bill but no, all he offered was to replace it a 3rd time or choose another item. Smh. I don’t think anyone would be in a appetite still or in the mood after these disgusting inconveniences! Stay away!! The service is slow and the staff obviously don’t care, and the food is under cooked and not worth the...

Miralto Restaurante – All View, No Value Our experience at Miralto Restaurante was, hands down, the worst we’ve had in Mexico City—and that’s saying something after two weeks of dining everywhere from fine restaurants to bustling street vendors. We arrived at 1:30 PM and were told service would begin at 2:00 PM. No problem. We ordered a couple of cocktails and waited patiently at our table. But 2:00 came and went. Servers began attending to every other table around us, leaving my wife and me completely ignored. By 2:17 PM, another customer—not a staff member—had to flag someone down on our behalf. That’s right, it took visible frustration and help from a fellow diner just to get noticed. When a server finally acknowledged us, he cleared our table without a word. Then later, he dropped our pasta order in front of us like he was feeding a stray dog—zero interaction, zero professionalism. The food? Dry, bland, and completely forgettable. For the price, it was an absolute joke. Now, we’re not fluent Spanish speakers, but we've had zero issues communicating anywhere else in Mexico. Everyone we’ve met—chefs, vendors, servers—has been warm, helpful, and respectful, regardless of our language limitations. This place? An exception to the rule. Miralto masquerades as a high-end restaurant with a panoramic view, but don’t be fooled. The hostess was dismissive, our server was borderline hostile, and the entire staff needs a serious lesson in hospitality. Fortunately, there are better options with great views and even better service just steps away. If this place were the only upscale choice in the historic district, the area would be in trouble. Avoid the trap. The view isn’t worth the disrespect—or the bill.
