I had a really disappointing experience at the brunch I attended yesterday. Firstly, the server seemed completely overwhelmed and was unable to keep up with the needs of the table. My family and I had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get our cutlery, and made the food get cold.

The food itself was extremely slow to come out and when it did, it came at different times for different people at the table. It was frustrating to have to wait for everyone to receive their food before we could even start eating.

The icing on the cake (or should I say, the ice cream on the plate) was when I received a serving of ice cream that had clearly been in the freezer for too long. It had ice crystals all over it and tasted like it had been thawed and refrozen multiple times.

To top it all off, the food was average at best. It was lukewarm and lacked any real flavor. Overall, it was a really disappointing brunch experience and I would not recommend...

It pains me to write this review, it really does. One evening I went in to get one scoop of ice cream & requested a larger cup as it is obviously hot in Tulum & the ice cream melts faster. The cashier gave me two scoops since the cup was larger & demanded I pay the price for 2. I explained that I wanted 1 but just in a larger cup. A female employee comes out & literally begins talking to me like I’m an idiot explaining the price difference between the 2. I left paying for 1 in the end. Now when I return, the employees noticeably gather, pointing at me where I’m seated & make their comments in Spanish. This is place I went to for weekly ice cream visits, now I no longer go as the service is poor. I thought to request management but they were involved in the disrespect. The ice cream is great but the employees are one dimensional & very rude when you request something...

Lovely little place near where I stayed! The food was absolutely amazing, the juices were fabulous, there were lots of choices, the staff was always nice and welcoming! This place is quite busy all the time. it just shows how good it is! The mosquitos and flies are an issue, but they even provide spray, so that's great! I just wish they had an inside sitting area! Wifi is free too, we came here every day so I definitely would recommend and if I ever come back I'll be back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ( There are homeless dogs about if you have a heart, please buy them a dog food from 7-11 it's about 16pessos& fresh water.
